Great game! But I got ripped off…

This is a really good game but I got ripped off because I bought the cat dog horse guinea pig hamster reptiles and birds a few years ago and I started playing the game today I noticed that I had to pay again for their pets and its kind of frustrating! >:( Please please please help thanks very much!!!:)
